1971 was a pivotal year in Brenda Chand’s life when she chose to devote her life to serving others. Even then, at the age of eighteen, her love for people in all walks of life motivated her to prepare academically. Her concentration of studies in formal education is testimony of her desire to serve.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Education from Beulah Heights University (BHU) in 1977 with honors. In 2002 she received a Master of Ministry degree in Leadership from Southwestern Christian University. In 2012 she received the Doctor of Ministry degree from Oral Roberts University in Pastoral Care and Counseling.
In 1979, she was married to Samuel Chand. Their ministry led them to Portland, Oregon; Hartford, Michigan and back to Atlanta in 1989 where Sam served as President of BHU (1989-2003).
Brenda served as adjunct instructor at her alma mater BHU from 2002 through 2013 in the area of leadership. She has taught such courses as: Spiritual Formation; Laws of Leadership; Leadership Coaching; Oral Communication, and Marriage and Family.
Brenda’s role in ministry has been to be, first, a support for what God is doing through her husband. While pastoring, Brenda’s ministry was flavored with diversity ranging from teaching nursery-age children to leading women’s ministries to working with teens and the elderly. In addition, she has been a seminar and retreat speaker, and is a contributing author in the book Failure: The Womb of Success. Most recently, she has written curriculum for Dream Releaser Coaching.
She is co-founder of Dream Releaser Coaching (accredited by the International Coach Federation) where she holds credentials as Certified Leadership and Life Coach as well as Coach Trainer.
Her ministry areas include serving at home and abroad. At her home church, Brenda has been active in ministry. She has served as Assistant Pastor, Director of Women’s Ministries, Teacher, and Leadership Development Coordinator. Brenda was one of the founders of The Rev. B. M. Chand School of Theology and Leadership in Lucknow, India where she serves as Senior Advisor.
She is most passionate about teaching spiritual formation and developing others through life coaching.
She shares her love and life with her husband Sam, two daughters—Rachel and her husband Zack, and Debbie, and two granddaughters—Adeline Joy and Rose Marie.

Robin Buttler identifies her purpose in life as empowering people to become unstuck; to move into their desired destinies. Through speaking, coaching, mentor coaching, and training she
delivers encouragement, instruction, and empowerment to those who fit that description. Her deepest desire is to move people into their destiny of fulfilled goals and dreams.
She received her coaching certification in 2010 through Dream Releaser Coaching and serves as their Senior Lead Coach and Master Trainer. She has successfully conducted training for coaches, coach trainers, and spoken at numerous summits. She completed the John Maxwell Certification Program of coaching in 2012. She is the owner of Step Forward Coaching, where she impacts people with her catchphrase, “Step forward; a new path awaits you!”
She holds the credentialed position as a Professional Certified Coach through The International Coach Federation (ICF). This position affords her the authorization to provide the required mentoring for those wanting to be credentialed through the ICF.

Dr. Christopher Bowen is Founder of Living Faith International Ministries in Forest Park, Ga. He was born and raised in South Charleston, Ohio, then moved to Atlanta after graduating high school to attend Beulah Heights University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987.
In 1990, Dr. Chris established Living Faith Tabernacle in a small hotel room with 15 members. The ministry grew at a phenomenal rate and after the seventh building project, the sanctuary on Old Dixie Road in Forest Park, Georgia now seats 1,300 people, with multiple services weekly.
Dr. Bowen continued his education, receiving his Master’s degree in Leadership Development at Southwestern Christian University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and his Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Oral Roberts University in April 2011. Dr. Bowen is a full time professor at Beulah Heights University, where he instructs several classes such as: Success for Life, Marriage and Family, Pneumatology and Early Hebrew History, to name a few. He is the Executive Director of Dream Releaser Coaching, a motivational speaker, and travels internationally to speak on topics such as time management, body language, communication, and financial freedom. In addition to operating in leadership, he is also a business owner and entrepreneur, of Bowen Wilson Properties, CEO of C-Bo Enterprises and the CEO and founder of 5 Star Personal and Corporate Development in Atlanta, Ga.
On December 31, 2016, Dr. Bowen decided to set the example of how to leave a thriving ministry, as senior pastor, putting it into the hands of his successor to continue to grow the church. He then ventured out to minister to young pastors and ministers to father and mentor them on how to balance family, education and church, on a solid foundation. Jim Bolin is a speaker, author and follower of Jesus Christ and has been guided by a passionate vision to bring love, accept and forgiveness to a hurting society. As part of that vision, Jim and Robin, his wife of over 38 years, their son Jason and daughter Jessica along with a small group of supporters began Trinity Chapel on September 11, 1983. That humble beginning would grow into a congregation of several thousand members and faithful attendants. Dr. Don Brawley III is an experienced master coach and leadership consultant with expertise in organizational development, strategic planning, culture creation and change management. His experience leading organizational change, both from within and without organizations, enable him to effectively partner with organizational stakeholders, from senior pastors and C-suite level executives to direct reports and volunteers, in achieving their desired future.
Don brings to his coaching over twenty-five years of leadership, coaching, and consulting experience. Mona Brawley is the president of Mona Brawley Coaching, LLC. She pastors alongside her husband, Dr. Brawley III who is senior pastor and founder of Canaan Land Church International, located in Snellville, GA. She has been married to her college sweetheart, Don, for nearly thirty years. Together they graduated from college, were ordained and licensed, and now pastor Canaan Land Church International, which they began twenty-four years ago. She is the proud mother of their three children, Brandon (Kristie), Chantelle, and Aaron. In 1996, Mona founded Women of Destiny Ministry, a woman’s ministry dedicated to inspiring and challenging women to reach their fullest potential in Christ Jesus. After a troubled childhood and eight and a half years in prison, Maury Davis embraced his calling and passion for reaching the lost and dove head first into ministry, serving in several positions such as youth pastor and then an evangelist. William E. Flippin
The Reverend Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr., B.A., M. Div., D. Min., is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Flippin has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition, Dr. Flippin holds a Master of Divinity, Cum Laude, from Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia; while in seminar, he was a Benjamin E. Mays Fellow and The Fund for Theological Education. Dr. Flippin earned a Doctorate of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Flippin is a Certified Life Transformational Coach and also a Certified Leadership Coach Trainer.
Faithfully serving as Senior Pastor of The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, since 1990, Pastor Flippin has led The Greater Piney Grove to a unique sense of mission and outreach. Karen Robertson and her husband, Mike, are the lead pastors of Visalia First, a church in Visalia, California. Karen has a heart to see people grow in the wonder and awe of who God is, and she expresses that inspiration through her work in the church. Karen experienced a call to ministry when she was 16 years old and has served in Women’s Ministry and Worship Arts throughout her whole career.
Karen has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Texas in Arlington (UTA) as well as a BA in Sacred Music from Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU). An accomplished musician and vocalist, Karen has worked extensively in the areas of musical production. She has trained vocalists and instrumentalists in churches as well as future worship leaders at the university level.

She is skilled in building teams through behavioral management assessment-based and DiSC trainings. As former Board member of ICF Georgia, Kim worked to develop a variety of diverse and inclusive coaching programs.
Since being elected in 2017 to the Georgia House of Representatives, Rep. Kim Schofield has infused coaching into the Georgia General Assembly within the House and Senate Committees, Legislative Caucuses and amongst Legislative staff.
She is a native of New York, and a proud mom. Kim a national speaker, national advocate and legislative policymaker, corporate trainer, transformational and accountability coach, and serves as Chaplain to Georgia Legislative Black Caucus. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, creative exploration, spending time with friends and traveling abroad.
Jeffrey S. Smith
Jeffrey Smith has over twenty years of experience in the areas of leadership development, change management, and building effective businesses and churches. As a coach, he helps today’s leaders break through barriers that prohibit progress and enter a place of greater productivity and purpose. His experiences in fostering cultures of collaboration, cooperation and creativity have proven beneficial to a variety of organizations.
Jeffrey is motivated to elevate leaders and empower others to reach their potential. As a coach, consultant and speaker he partners with leaders and organizations to improve their levels of effectiveness, efficiency and excellence. Training and coaching high performance leaders has taken Jeffrey to Mexico, South Africa, Brazil, Kenya, Nigeria, Canada and Australia. Through coaching, Jeffrey helps others access new ways of thinking that enables them to enjoy greater levels of balance and fulfillment. In a world of rapid and increasing change he assists individuals, teams and organizations in navigating the uncertain territory of transition in a way that unlocks latent potential.
Jeffrey began his career as a marketing representative for IBM, followed by positions as Trust Administrator/Officer and head of the Corporate Trust Department for National City Bank in Toledo, Ohio. After his corporate experience, he served in pastoral ministry for nearly twenty years before becoming Lead Pastor of Strong Tower, a vibrant church in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
After 20 years of working with pastors and leaders he has developed keen insight in the areas of strategic planning, systems implementation, enhancing staff productivity as well as conflict resolution and team building. Jeffrey also serves as the Director of Cornerstone Global Network.
