You spend your days holding space for other people's transitions. Four hours in one room with coaches who do the same work changes what you carry back. Sam Chand opens on the yellow lights most leaders drive straight through. Three more voices follow. Then you pick a breakout and talk it out with people who get it.

80 seats at $50
Early bird pricing runs until September 8. After that the price goes up to $75. Breakfast is included with every registration.
Book before September 8 and pay $50
All prices in USD. Early bird pricing ends September 8, 2026. From September 9 a seat is $75 and a table of six is $400.
Registration closes on Thursday, October 8, the day before the event, or earlier if the room fills.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your seat to someone else. Email us before October 8.
