The Whole Life Coaching (WLC) track builds on the basic knowledge gained from the Coaching Essentials track while focusing on the individual life of the coach trainee.

This track will include:

• Weekly teleconferences with a coach trainer
• Next Steps – weekly assignments
• Summit – held online
• Peer co-coaching

This track will focus on an in depth look at the life of the coach trainee through a series of instruments and exercises. In turn the coach trainee will develop the skills to lead others through the process.

Topics in this track include: Personality Types and Definitions, Self-Discovery, Discovering and Overcoming Barriers, Discovering and Developing Personal Core Values, Balanced Living, and Life by Design—Not Default.
